City Tennis Community CTC Definition
A "CITY TENNIS Community or CTC" for the purposes of YOUR CTC TappSLadders™ Ranking Tournaments, can be ANY GROUP OF TENNIS PLAYERS in a common geo area such as City, Municipality, Borough, District, Subdivisions, Geographic Areas forming an active TENNIS COMMUNITY organizing and participating in active tennis ladder tournaments.

Role Items of City d\TC Managing Director Pertaining to his/her City d\TC LADDERS™ Program
- Appointment by MOU agreement with TennisAppSuite LLC to become its authorized agent to perform as his/her city d\TC Managing Director
- Recruit and grow TappS user tennis players in his/her city
- Recruit, engage and upload to TappS available tennis courts in the city. Public and or private
- Create and publicize yearly and or seasonal tennis ladders for multiple player categories such as men/women singles, men/women doubles
- Set the rules for the city ladders configured into TappSLadders™ such as the obligation to accept challenges by players below your position on the Ladder; and rises in position for each game won, etc.
- Assist players in all aspects and activities pertaining to the ladder matches
- Publicize and maintain social network visibility of all ladder play and results
- Set ladder registration and challenge match fees according to local economy and competitive situations
- Engage and obtain LOCAL SPONSOR advertising on their City d\TC LADDERS™ app screens

CTC Ladder Challenge MATCHES
CTC Ladders matches are set by accessing the self-service challenge match menu in TappSLadders™ Scheduling is flexible and set to mutual time and date availability as set by players in the app. Challenged players receive push and email notifications of a challenge and are required to respond in a time period set by CTC Ladder Directors. Players are empowered to participate in any number of CTC Ladders and create challenge matches for more Joy of Tennis With Less Work, worldwide

CTC Ladders COURTS
Book tennis courts quickly and conveniently through TappS CTC Ladders app, and play on your preferred court, on the day and time that suits you. Players and CTC Directors are enable to addedit courts serving your CTC Ladders
- The rules of your tennis courts provider are implemented to facilitate integrated court reservations for your CTC Ladder challenge matches, including payments and authorized times.
- TennisAppSuite CTC Ladders app helps you make tennis court reservations from the comfort of your home, office or wherever you are.
- TappSCourts™ is fully integrated with other TennisAppSuite™ modules that require court selection or reservation as part of setting matches between club members; whether they are friendly matches or challenges by position in ladders, leagues, tournaments, or schedule of lessons and clinics.
- Play on your preferred court, on the day and time that suits you. Both players and DTC Ladders Directors are able to create and edit local courts available to the CTC

Rules
CTC Ladder Directors will at their discretion and designed to promote high participation and motivation by players, create and implement through the TappSLadders™ app, rules governing all aspects of CTC Ladders, including:
- FEES Ladders are open to all TappS™ app registered users which is made available at app stores and free of charge. There will be a fee to join any CTC Ladder as well as to book a CRC Ladder Challenge match – This fees will be set by the CTC Ladder Director in accordance with the local economy and competitive landscape. Fees are to be modest to encourage maximum player participation.
- SPRINTs – CTC Ladders Duration Periods – also known as SPRINTS – will be set by the CTC Ladder Director in accordance with the local seasons and customs.

When a player customer purchases a service from a customer tennis provider TappS™ Stripe POS service collects a modest transaction share as its source of revenue to support maintenance and expansion of the ongoing services of the platform. Unlike Uber 25%+ and Airbnb 18%+ average fees, TappS™ fees are scheduled to be in the 10% to 12% range for pricing set by tennis providers services according to their local economies.
